I have 36C sized breasts and after wearing a bra for a whole day my arms hurt like heck. They kind of feel as though they have lost blood flow. I have tried wearing a strapless bra but I just can’t stand the feel of them and they don’t really help much anyway. Any suggestions?

Summer is coming and I need a new strapless bra. My bra size is about a 38D, so you can see why I have a hard time with this. Thanks for the help.

I’ve tried a bra baby but they don’t fit my big bra. I want to machine wash so does anyone know which thing i can use to preserve them? I had a bad experience handwashing my bras once and got a hooooooorrrrrrible rash, so i don’t wanna do that again…

This has happened only one before, but when I run with a loose sports bra my breasts really start to hurt around the nipple area. This only goes on for about a bra but during this time it is extremely uncomforable to not be wearing a bra. ( like when I sleep or shower) it is even somewhat painful. I resorted to wearing 3 sports bras for the rest of the day just because it made it more comfortable. What is going I ?

I’m a 40DD/E size and am having a hard time finding a comfortable bra. Underwires dig into my skin and leave marks. Most straps also dig into my shoulders and leave marks. I’m tired of wearing painful bras! Can anyone recommend a comfy bra? Thanks in advance for your help!
I’ve tried Victoria’s Secret, but they don’t go up to 40 size. But thank you!

I mean when you can see the line of where your bra stops and your actual breasts start through your shirt. Does it mean your bra is too small? Or is it just the style of the bra that makes the lines? Is it better to have a bra thats slightly too big or one thats a little too small?

It is too expensive to buy a new bra, especially a well-fitting lightly-lined one with a front hook. I machine washed it, and put it in the dryer, so now there is one wrinkle near the inner edge of the cup. I have tried just wearing it, because it can’t be seen through my shirts but it annoys me.Also I have tried strenuously smoothing it out with my fingers. Has anything ever worked for any of you women, or if you’re a male bra manufacturer, or launderer, do you have advice? Thanks in advance.
